SHIPPING POLICY

As for our Delivery Policy, we shall not charge even a single penny for Ground Shipping but for an order valued above $100 via UPS or USPS. However, in case of return, cost of shipping would be applicable and would be deducted from your total refund. Every item which is shipped from our warehouse is completely insured by UPS and USPS. Grounds deliveries across UK can take upto 6 business days which include air and ground shipping time as well. A map is being provided in order to calculate the total time estimation.

Customers are emailed unique shipping tracking number, when their order is being shipped from our warehouse. Further, parcel tracking info is being generated and is being provided to customers and all UK based parcels can tracked on its website.

FREE SHIPPING

Besides, orders meant for promotions would always be shipped free and no cost would be incurred thereby but we as a sender, reserve a right to decide the mode of shipping method at our discretion.

RETURNS

There would be incurred shipping charges on returns for items that would not specifically be covered under any warranty coverage or which would otherwise be found damaged or defective, will be deducted from any refunds given.

SHIPPING Policy:

  • Ordered items shall be dispatched within a day or two business days once receipt of payment would received.

Isues Pertaining ton SHIPPING AND Oter ITEM PROBLEMS:

If a shipped item goes missing or is found to be damaged, the courier agency and postal department would surely conduct an investigation. You are requested to please contact Premier Gadgets UK to invoke a tracer within 10 business days of the shipping of item from our warehouse. If the package is not located, Courier Company will process a claim for the package. Claims can take up to two weeks to get processed. Hence, when the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to us and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out.

Besides, if the item(s) is no longer present in the inventory, and a similar item is not wanted, Premier Gadgets UK will be glad to refund the original amount to the customer.

Besides, on receiving your order, if there are found any noticeable discrepancies with any of the item, or if the item is found to be different than what was initially requested, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the shipment and any necessary corrections will be made. For better understanding, kindly go through our International Orders section below for any such issues arising from International shippin. If the item received is different than what was ordered, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order.

Finally, be informed that product discrepancies that are not notified to Primier Gadgets UK within 5 days may not be considered for replacement. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your shipment if your item is found to be defective.

PACKAGING

In the unlikely event that damaged packaging is found on goods such as outer boxes, cases, instructions, manuals, and so forth. We would replace the original packaging of products sold herein. However, no guarantee can be given to replace the manufacturer’s original packaging.
